Arm Strength and Conditioning Program

Velocity Quest is a comprehensive arm strength and conditioning program that places a high emphasis on the bio-mechanics of pitching and safely gaining velocity and command on the mound.

Since no two players are identical, every athlete will have a personalized workout based off each of the ballistic drills.

The athletes will gain a solid foundation through shoulder exercises, ballistic drills, resistance band work, and many more drills which will help gain velocity without having the fear of injury.

The goal is to put the players arm in a better, safer position that will allow their body to become more explosive.
